Cancellation Policy

Simple and transparent cancellation rules for confident booking.

• If the captain cancels for weather or safety, you choose: full refund or free reschedule.
• Guest cancellations more than 72 hours before the trip receive a full refund.
• Guest cancellations 24-72 hours before the trip receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
• If the captain says it is safe to fish and the guest chooses not to go, no refund is due by default. We may offer a goodwill rebook or credit case-by-case.
• If the charter runs but the fish do not cooperate, we review the trip outcome in good faith and may offer a partial credit or rebook option, but a no-catch day is not an automatic refund event.
